Tess trained as a nurse and later turned her attention to holistic therapies, retraining in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Swedish Massage as powerful practices which enable deep relaxation and facilitate the body's own repair

mechanisms. She is a member of the

Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)

Steve worked in public service for 30 years and has

had a lifetime's involvement in sport at amateur levels.

On moving to Dorset after retirement he rekindled previous qualifications and interest in human anatomy

and biology, retraining as a Sports Massage Therapist. Steve offers Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage,

Soft Tissue therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling as well as Manual

Therapy and mobilisations.

Tess & Steve operate from their home studio in Motcombe, Dorset serving clients from all around Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Dorset and Mere, Wiltshire.

​

Between them they spend all of their remaining leisure time and most of their money on three wonderful

children.
